6J38P = 6BH6 = EF190 tube. Pentode
The 6J38P (6Ж38П) high-frequency short-characteristic pentode has been designed for wide-band amplification of h.f. voltage at up to 200Mhz in electronic devices.
The 6J38P pentodes are miniature devices enclosed in glass bulb and are provided with a seven-pin base, rigit leads and an indirectly heated oxide-coated cathode.
The 6J38P pentodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -45 to +70°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +25°C, as well as to vibration with an acceleration of (from 1 to 80Hz) 5 g.
All tubes new, military equipment and have "OTK" mark. Near equivalent: 6BH6 and EF190.
The tube is manufactured by the Reflector, Saratov, Russia.
