6S17K-V / 6S17K-B / 6S17KV tube. UHF triode NIB
The 6S17K-V (6С17К-В) ultra-high frequency triode. Designed for ultra-high frequency voltage gain in systems with a grounded grid in the input stage receivers. Indirectly heated oxide cathode.
The 6S17K-V high-frequency triodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -40 to +60°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +25°C, as well as to mechanical loads: vibration loads up to 10g and multiple impact loads up to 500g.
All tubes new in box, military equipment and have "OTK" mark. Near equivalent: ---. The tube is manufactured by the NEVZ, Novosibirsk, Russia.
