Description

The SG4S (СГ4С) tube stabilitron for voltage stabilization. Filling - argon-helium mixture.

The SG4S high-frequency triodes is are miniature devices enclosed in glass bulb and are provided with a seven-pin base and an indirectly heated oxide-coated cathode.

The SG4S high-frequency triodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -45 to +70°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +25°C, as well as to mechanical loads: vibration loads up to 2g and multiple impact loads up to 15g.

All tubes new, military equipment and have "OTK" mark. Near equivalent: OD3 and VR150/30. The tube is manufactured by the Anod, D'jt'kovo, Russia.
