6D20P = EY81 tube. Damping diode |
Description
The 6D20P damping diode has been designed for use in line scanning units of television receivers with up to 110°C picture tubes.
Cathode: indirectly heated, oxide-coated.
The 6D20P damping diodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -45 to +70В°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +25°C, as well as to vibration with an acceleration of 2g.
All tubes new, military equipment and have "OTK" mark. Near equivalent: EY81.
The tube is manufactured by the Yantar / Amber, Vladikavkaz, Russia.
