Description

The 6S3P (6С3П) high-frequency triode is designed for amplification of high-frequency voltage.

The 6S3P high-frequency triodes is are miniature devices enclosed in glass bulb and are provided with a nine-pin base and an indirectly heated oxide-coated cathode.

The 6S3P high-frequency triodes are resistant to ambient temperature from -60 to +125°C and relative humidity of 95 to 98% at +40°C, as well as to mechanical loads: vibration loads up to 10g and multiple impact loads up to 150g.

All tubes new in box, military equipment and have "OTK" mark. Near equivalent: EC86 and PC86. The tube is manufactured by the Reflector plant, Saratov, Russia.
